Carling cup second round draw: Liverpool away at Exeter, Everton face Sheffield United

The second round carling cup fixtures took Liverpool to League One club; Exeter while their rivals, Everton will start the campaign at home by facing Sheffield United. The Carling cup second round draw have been scheduled to start on the week commencing 22 August 2011. Liverpool have strengthen their squad by signing Charles Adam, Alexander Doni, Stewart Downing and Jordan Henderson and hope to perform better this season. In the last Carling cup match, Sheff Wed beat Blackpool 4-2 on penalty after 0-0 score in 120 minutes and they will play Blackburn on second round.
