- how i did this is i simply
patched to the last
patch...google searched solution
for annoying error,commandline
tweaked it for better
performance,used swvp,and
turned shadows and reflections
off...and voila i got 8-15 fps in
gta iv WITH FRAPS...without
FRAPS its 10-18 fps. ;) good luck!
